"More often than not, many of these recent live jazz LPs tend to be disappointing, amateurish recordings, and ho hum, not much to say, performances. Not with this unknown treasure from AC Records and producers Adam Czerwinski. This recording is taken from 2000 Gdynia Summer Jazz Days Festival. Here, Tyner who still had a lot to say even in his later years, is captured along with trio mates Charnett Moffett on bass and Al Foster on drums performing a number of McCoy Tyner compositions. The sound is what I find from typical European; warm and inviting. Don't pass this one by!
